Our path into the future
We are pleased to present our construction project in Besigheim. Construction work on our new company site will begin in January 2025. This will not only lay the foundation for future growth, but will also increase the efficiency and modernity of our company.
With this project, we are creating a state-of-the-art working and storage environment that focuses on sustainable growth and innovative technology.

The days are over …
The demolition of the old industrial hall has begun. Originally built in the 1960s as a sewing factory, it was a symbol of the economic boom. Generations of seamstresses worked here until textile production was moved abroad and the building was used as a warehouse and production facility for car windows.
The hall is now giving way to a modern office building with a warehouse, which will serve as the new headquarters for NieRuf. This will create a forward-looking site that combines the tradition of the location with new perspectives.

Stone by stone
November brings great progress: The old industrial hall has been completely demolished and the materials have been carefully separated and disposed of professionally. The next step is to tackle the old floor slab and the asphalt, which will be crushed and sustainably reused on site following a thorough investigation by a geological survey.
Another milestone: the building permit has been received and all contracts with the Mörk company have been successfully signed. We are ready to tackle the next phase - step by step towards the future!

Behind the scenes...
In December, we dedicate ourselves to the factory planning of our building, with the ambitious goal of creating a self-sufficient building that does not require fossil fuels. Modern technologies such as an efficient air heat pump and a powerful solar system are to ensure a sustainable energy supply and guarantee independence. The focus is also on design and appearance: our architect is working on the final design of the staircase, which will be a design highlight. At the same time, our employees gathered valuable ideas on the topic of “modern office worlds” in a workshop at Büroform in Murr. Technology and creativity come together step by step to create a building that impresses in terms of function, sustainability and aesthetics.
