We cannot confirm the use of needle valves with vacuum.
Yes, the valves can also be used for Demineralized Water / Fully Desalinated Water.
The sealing plug of the needle valves is a loose cone, which can sometimes move to the left, right, front, side, etc. Approx. 2 – 3 mm forward/side of the stainless steel pin is normal.
Our standard needle valves cannot be used for steam applications. A special version is required for this.
