Füllstandssensoren und Messgeräte dienen zur fortlaufenden Grenzstand bzw. Füllstandskontrolle. Das Messgerät wird in eine Rohrleitung oder einen Behälter über ein Gewinde eingebaut und misst über einen Schwinggabel den Füllstand innerhalb des Systems. Über ein elektronisches Ausgangssignal wird der Grenzstand übermittelt. Der Grenzschalter kann hierbei mehrere Funktionen einnehmen. Zum einen kann er verwendet werden, um eine Überfüllung von Behältnissen frühzeitig zu erkennen und diese ggf. zu vermeiden. Zum anderen kann er auch eingesetzt werden, um das Unterschreiten eines bestimmten Füllstandes zu erfassen und über ein elektronisches Signal zu melden. Relevant wird dies beispielsweise bei Pumpensystemen, da das Trockenlaufen der Pumpe damit vermieden werden kann. Die Überfüllungsmessgeräte aus dem Hause NieRuf sind für Flüssigkeiten geeignet. Verwendet werden diese häufig in der Lebensmittelindustrie, bei chemischen Anwendungen und im Zu- und Abwasserbereich. Neben den elektronischen-Grenzschaltern kann der Füllstand auch mit Hilfe von Schwimmerventilen überwacht werden, welche NieRuf ebenfalls anbietet.

Level sensors from NieRuf are available with connection sizes 1/2“ and 3/4“ inch. They can be installed in the pipe system or container system via an external thread. They are suitable for liquid media. The level meter's casing is made from high quality stainless steel. Depending on the model, the output signal can be transmitted with 10-30V DC (direct voltage) or 20-253V AC (alternating voltage). They can be connected via a valve plug of an M12 plug. An oscillating fork measures the level. The maximum pressure within the system must not exceed 40 bar. We will be happy to advise you on the right meter.
