A DISCO valve is frequently used in industry and pipe construction if there are specific requirements for the material. This is why only stainless steel or cast iron is used in the manufacturing. As a result of the special design, the same valve can be used for pipes with PN63 and PN100 as well as for ANSI 600 and ANSI 900. This increases its flexibility considerably. Depending on the medium flowing through the valve, they are finished with an EPDM, NBR, FKM, PTFE or metal seal. The DISCO non-return valves are made with flange connections with the nominal widths DN15 – DN100. The valve only needs a very small opening pressure and depending on the model can be used at up to 160 bar. Thanks to our kit system, specific opening pressures are possible upon request. You can also discuss special valve sizes with our Technology Department.
