Plastic-solenoid-valve with 24V or 230V

Plastic solenoid valves from plastics like PVC, PP, PTFE or high quality PVDF are often used in chemical applications. Depending on the required power connection, the plastic solenoid valves with 230V and 50 hertz AC voltage or 24V DC voltage. To implement the valve easily in the plastic pipeline, solvent cement spigots, internal threads or weld spigots can be used. Valves with internal thread are available as PVC model in nominal size 1/8“. Plastic solenoid valves made of PTFE are available in nominal sizes 1/8“, ¼“, ½“, ¾“, 1“, 1 ¼“, 1 ½“ and 2“. PVC solenoid valves with solvent cement spigots, and PVDF or PP solenoid valves with weld spigots are also available with connections d15, d16, d20, d25, d32, d40 and d50. Discover our wide selection of plastic valves below.

Plastic-solenoid-valves made of PP, PVDF, PTFE or PVC

Plastic solenoid-valves can be manufactured from four different materials: PVC, PP, PVDF and PTFE.

PVC-solenoid-valve

PVC solenoid-valves are made of polyvinyl chloride and are characterized by an impressive durability. They are often used with chlorinated media, e.g. in pool construction.

PP-solenoid-valve

PP solenoid-valves are made of polypropylene and are characterized by a very good thermal resistance. PP is a plastic often used in industry. Usually, solenoid valves made of PP are used in pharmaceutical and food industry.

PVDF-solenoid-valve

PVDF solenoid-valves are made of polyvinylidene fluoride. Polyvinylidene fluoride is characterized by a good chemical resistance. Also it is very sterile. Thus PVDF solenoid valves are often used in medical technology and in biochemical processes.

PTFE-solenoid-valve

PTFE is commonly used to manufacture seals. But it is also an ideal component in PTFE solenoid-valves. PTFE stands for polytetrafluoroethylene, which is non-flammable and non-adhesive. Also, it withstands nearly all acids and bases. That's why PTFE solenoid valves are often used in chemical industry.
