Container sight-glass in different models: resistant due to high quality materials
The container sight-glass fitting comes with a high quality borosilicate glass DIN7081. This glass, including a C4400-Klingersil-seal, is flanged between mounting and cover flange using screws and nuts. Mounting and cover flange are made of high quality V4A stainless steel 1.4571 and 1.4541. The flange of circular sight-glasses can be made in nominal sizes DN25 to DN200. The rectangular sight-glasses-fitting can range from a length of 170mm to 930mm. Our container sight glasses can be used with liquid and gaseous media, feel free to contact us if you have questions about additional compatibility. With aggressive media and steam, mica disks should be used to protect the glass. The container sight glass valves can be used in temperatures from 0° to 280°C. Depending on the model, they can be used in pressure vessels and pipelines with a maximum pressure of up to 16 bar (please check technical bulletin AD B9).
