As soon as the board for the positioning system is installed and connected correctly, the actuator is only approached via the control signal (depending on the setting 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-10V or 1-10V). A 90° swivel is still possible, but must be specified via the control signal, an automatic swivel is no longer possible.
The membrane-operated pressure reducing valve is frequently used in applications with low to normal back pressure. Due to the membrane, it also delivers more sensitive regulation.
The piston-operated pressure reducing valve is frequently used with high back pressures and aggressive media. It has an extremely robust design, giving it a high level of safety in case of pressure surges.
The sealing plug of the needle valves is a loose cone, which can sometimes move to the left, right, front, side, etc. Approx. 2 – 3 mm forward/side of the stainless steel pin is normal.
